We will accept applications for the following positions on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:30 – 11:30 AM, at our site located at 2601 Pinewood Drive, Grand Prairie 75052. Resumes can be emailed also to HR@bledsoebrace.com until position has been filled.

Shipping Clerk (1) Shipping Department. Day Shift: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.  Experience: Scanning and fork lift experience helpful, and computer skills.  Must maintain acceptable attendance. This is a working position where the general job function is to package and prepare products for shipment to customers as required for orthopedic brace market.  Also, assist in stock replenishment of finished goods products stored in the shipping department, assist in monthly cycle counts, able to lift up to 50 pounds, the ability to communicate/receive instructions, comprehend part numbers and alpha numeric codes, etc., and notify Lead of any product deficiencies.  Must maintain workflow in the specific area of responsibility and assist in the training of new employees as required by the supervisor with the employee’s area of expertise or qualified skills.

 

Assembler I - (1) Boots Department.   Night Shift: 5:00 pm – 1:30 am.  Will utilize a variety of assembly tools and fixtures to process components into sub-assemblies and finished products; maintain workflow in specific area of responsibility; meet all stated quality levels on products prepared and maintain acceptable attendance and performance.

 

Customer Care Agent (2) Customer Care Department. Day Shift: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm & 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.  Principal Accountabilities: Call center/Customer Care experience, team work attitude, stress tolerance in a dynamic environment, attention to detail and accuracy, self motivated, knowledge in orthopedics and sports medicine, and customer service oriented.  High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

 

Customer Care Agent Part-Time (1) Customer Care Department.  Day Shift: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, M – F.

 Principal Accountabilities: Call center/Customer Care experience, team work attitude, stress tolerance in a dynamic environment, attention to detail and accuracy, self motivated, knowledge in orthopedics and sports medicine, and customer service oriented.  High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

 

Machinist (1) Engineering Department. 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.   Principal accountabilities: conventional machines with 3 – 5 years experience, CNC, and CAD/CAM a plus.  Utilize machine shop equipment and tooling to produce and repair all in house tooling and equipment.  High School diploma or equivalent.
